Additional Provisions
(48) The Company's seal shall be as follows
(49) The company may issue any securities according to law relating to securities and securities exchange

Company or any of its subsidiaries, the Company shall comply with the rules and procedures under the laws.
(51) In case, company assigned Thailand Securities Depository Company Limited as share registrar then in practical related to company share registrar will be consistence
with rules set by share registrar
